Video Broadcast Setup
For participating in online classes or for submitting video clips as part of the instructor training requirements, follow these guidelines to produce clear and precise video clips:
Camera settings
-
Always film in landscape mode - it is more convenient for display and easier to edit afterwards.
-
Set your camera to the maximum wide-angle option
-
Set video quality to no more than 4K and no less than HD.
-
Use a tripod, mini-tripod or standing selfie stick.
Filming settings
-
Film from the side angle, however position the camera to ensure that the hands are visible on the bar.
-
Place the camera far enough to cover the entire body and limb movements.
-
Ensure ample lighting mainly from behind the camera.
-
Ideally, film with a clear wall background and with minimum 'clutter' in the background.
