SKIP any exercise if painful or uncomfortable.

Once the sequence exercises become easy, progress to the next star level.

Learn the movement techniques and breathing patterns while watching these video clips.

Perform the exercises only in comfortable range.

Adjust dificulty level by standing closer to the barre and changing its height (depends on exercise).
