The StarBarre Harmony Instructor Accreditation Program is designed for both movement instructors and rehabilitation professionals who wish to expand their expertise and bring the healing and rejuvenating power of harmonious, pain-free standing-based movement to their clients.

Roadmap to Accreditation
As an instructor-in-training, you will:

Learn to perform and teach all sequence exercises across the three color journeys, as well as the floor sequence—always harmoniously and in a pain-free manner.

Study the method’s practical and theoretical foundations through the Information Center.

Instructor Obligations
To maintain accreditation, instructors must commit to two key practices:

Personal Practice: Complete the 10-minute Level 5 sequence daily.

Client Commitment: Ensure that clients practice their 10-minute video-guided sequence daily and use their Strategic Exercise wisely if and whenever symptoms arise.
